Mind
Spirit
Gentle by design
Less forcing.
More feeling.
Our classes are restorative rather than competitive. The aim is not to perform impressive shapes, but to create the right conditions for the body and mind to become balanced.

Practice, pause, absorb.
Postures are held with steady breathing and followed by frequent pauses in deep relaxation. These quiet intervals give you time to notice the effect of each movement instead of rushing immediately into the next pose.
Standing, seated, forward-bending, backward-bending, twisting and inverted postures are introduced progressively and adapted for beginners.
- ✓Clear guidance without pressure or competition
- ✓Frequent relaxation between groups of postures
- ✓Self-massage and a generous final relaxation
- ✓Guided meditation included in every class

The deeper purpose
A steady body.
A quieter mind.
Asanas were never meant to end with physical flexibility. They help make the body comfortable and subtle enough to sit quietly and enjoy meditation.
That is why every class includes both movement and stillness. Over time, the relationship between them becomes clear: the body releases unnecessary tension, breathing settles and concentration feels more natural.
- ○Physical practice prepares the body to sit comfortably
- ○Relaxation reduces restlessness before meditation
- ○Regular meditation gives practice an inner direction
